• Pre-ordering Products: Pre-ordered products are items that are not in stock but are available for advanced purchase on our site. Products are custom made “Piece” according to your specific measurements, which we will collect from you once your order is placed.
• Delivery Time: Please note that the delivery timeline for pre-ordered items is approximately 21 days from the date of purchase. This is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of the pre-order. This includes 100% of the price of the item.
• Measurements: Upon placing a pre-order, our team will contact you to collect your measurements. Please ensure you have accurate measurements ready to provide to ensure the best fit of the customized item.
• No Cancellations: Please be aware that once a pre-order is placed and paid, we do not accept cancellations. This is due to the custom nature of the products and the costs associated with their production.
